Boosted Experience Ltd offers customer experience (CX) solutions, including but not limited to consultancy, strategy development, analytics, and training. Specific services will be outlined in separate agreements or contracts as applicable.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information as required for the delivery of our services.
You will not misuse or attempt to disrupt the functionality of our services.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms, including rates and due dates, will be specified in individual agreements.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in the contract.
Services may be suspended or terminated for non-payment.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the engagement. Exceptions apply if disclosure is required by law or with prior written consent.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, methodologies, and solutions provided by Boosted Experience Ltd remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of these materials is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Boosted Experience Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability in any claim is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice under the conditions specified in individual contracts. Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled immediately.
9. Amendments
Boosted Experience Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Republic of Mauritius.
